According to the police, the rally will begin on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. It is planned to last until Thursday evening — 8 p.m. (continuously).
And from Friday to March 28, the rally will take place daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
It should be noted that during the rally, intensified police patrols will be operating at the border to help manage traffic flows. However, residents travelling to Poland for business and personal purposes in vehicles weighing up to 7.5 tons are recommended to choose entry through Lazdijai or another alternative route.
In early March, Polish authorities organized a protest rally where the road between Kalvarija and Budzisk village in the Suwalki County of Poland was partially blocked. During the week-long rally, the volumes of Ukrainian grain transported were checked.
