It is reported that this year the forum will be devoted to discussing the European development of Belarus, taking into account the declaration of democratic forces in Belarus on integration in () from August 2023. The upcoming elections in 2025 will also be discussed.
The forum participants will be welcomed by the President of Belarus and the Prime Minister. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the leader of the Belarusian opposition, and the Speaker of the Polish Sejm, Shimon Golovnya, will also be discussed.
The first International Kalinowski Forum took place in in August 2020 after the presidential elections in Belarus.
