The wind will be southerly, southwesterly, and in the second half of the day, it will shift to westerly, with speeds of 3-8 m/s; it will be slightly stronger on the coast, reaching up to 13 m/s.
The highest air temperature on Tuesday will reach 1-4 degrees Celsius. In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, many regions will also experience precipitation, mainly light and mixed. Black ice and fog will form in many places. The wind will blow from the west, moderate, at 5-10 m/s.
The lowest air temperature during the night and morning hours will range from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees above zero.
On Wednesday, there will be scattered showers in some places, mainly light rain. In the evening, the wind will weaken to 3-8 m/s. The temperature will rise to 1-6 degrees Celsius.
On Thursday, there will be precipitation in the western regions, with rain expected. Some areas may experience black ice formation at night. Throughout the day on Thursday, the wind will be southeasterly, at speeds of 6-11 m/s. The lowest temperature at night is forecasted to be between 0-5 degrees below zero, with temperatures on the coast reaching up to 2 degrees above zero during the day.
