Next to the trail, there is a sign indicating that its use is prohibited.

«In order to ensure your safety, it is informed that the Debeshnaya botanical trail is closed and its usage is prohibited,» warns the signs installed near the trail.

At the moment, no certificate/declaration of completion of construction has been signed due to defects that have been identified during the construction work.

The Jemayti Protected Area Directorate has notified the contractor in writing about the identified deficiencies. In case the contractor fails to rectify the identified deficiencies, the directorate will take legal measures as provided for in the concluded Contract.

After addressing the identified deficiencies in the execution of the work, the directorate and the contractor will be able to sign a certificate/declaration of completion of construction, following which visitors will be invited to take a walk along the Debeshnaya botanical trail.

«We now request visitors to choose alternative educational routes for spending their leisure time,» stated the Jemayti Protected Area Directorate.
