It is reported that on Friday the Prime Minister will participate in a roundtable discussion and bilateral meetings at the conference.
G. Landsbergis, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who will also participate in the Munich Security Conference, will be one of the key speakers at the session on Sunday entitled «Adding Chairs to the Table: A Deeper, Wider, and More Capable EU?», discussing how Russia’s war in Ukraine has impacted enlargement.
During his visit, G. Landsbergis will also meet with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, colleagues from Bulgaria, Moldova, the United Kingdom, Estonia, Latvia, the Holy See, and other countries, as well as German politicians.
The Munich Security Conference is the largest security conference, and this year it is being held for the 60th time.
This annual event brings together political leaders, representatives from the academic world, and business professionals to discuss global security issues and ways to overcome them.
