The police of Ukmerge district reports that at 15.35 on the Vilnius-Utena road, near the village of Deguliai, 9 km from Utena, a truck and a car collided.
According to eyewitnesses, the truck crashed into the car and crushed it.
A woman was trapped. She was freed by firefighters. Unfortunately, the woman, born in 1983, died.
The road is closed.
